How We Do It
We inspect the underlying decking and structure to check for rot or moisture damage. We remove failing materials down to the timber deck and replace any compromised boards. We install high-performance insulation boards to improve thermal performance where required. We lay the single-ply Rubberbond EPDM membrane with cold-applied adhesives for a watertight, seamless finish.
